This page describes the client-review preview. It is a draft and must be reviewed and replaced with Topfive’s final operating policy before public launch.

This preview does not collect your information

The project request form and the chat assistant are demonstrations. Anything you type or attach stays in your browser and is not sent, uploaded, or stored. No inspection time is reserved, and Topfive is not notified.

Hosting

The preview is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. As with any website host, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard request data when a page loads. This preview adds no analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, or third-party scripts.

At launch

The production website will need a reviewed policy covering what the request form and chat collect, where it is stored, who can access it, how long it is kept, and how to request deletion.
